When I first moved to Sweden, I was struck by how different everything looked. The buildings were different, the cars were different, and even the people looked different. It took me a while to get used to my new surroundings, but eventually I started to notice the beauty in the everyday objects that surrounded me.

One of the things that I love most about Sweden is the way that design is integrated into every aspect of life. From the furniture to the dishes to the clothes, everything is designed with a sense of style and functionality. I've been living in Sweden for over a year now, and I've finally started to collect some of my own Swedish things.

Here are a few of my favorite Swedish things that I have around my home:

• A Swedish flag: The Swedish flag is one of the most recognizable symbols of Sweden. It's a simple blue flag with a yellow cross. I have a small Swedish flag that I keep on my desk, and it always makes me smile when I see it.
• A Dala horse: The Dala horse is a traditional Swedish toy horse. It's usually made of wood and painted with bright colors. I have a small Dala horse that I keep on my bookshelf, and it's always a conversation starter when guests come over.
• A Swedish coffee mug: I love drinking coffee, and I have a special Swedish coffee mug that I use every day. It's made of porcelain and has a beautiful blue and white design. I always feel a little bit more Swedish when I'm drinking coffee out of my Swedish mug.
• A Swedish candle: Candles are a big part of Swedish culture. They're used to create a cozy atmosphere in the home, and they're also given as gifts. I have a few Swedish candles that I keep in my living room, and they always make the room feel more inviting.
• A Swedish rug: I have a beautiful Swedish rug in my living room. It's made of wool and has a traditional Swedish design. I love the way it adds a touch of warmth and style to my home.
